The other side of this is that the housing demolition has been turned off since October in NA, which is getting a little ridiculous. It probably goes without saying that troop training is a necessary feature for any Final Fantasy XV bot.
Many merely stood as costly hangout spots and trophy rooms - monuments to groups that were rich and lucky enough to get them. Take whatever you can get the first time, and then when something better becomes available, you can relocate immediately.
